• By 2035, the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization in China will make remarkable progress, the innovation capacity of enterprises will be greatly improved, the overall industrial advantage will be significantly enhanced, the core competitiveness of "China Construction" will lead the world, the industrialization of construction will be fully realized, and China will enter the ranks of world powers in intelligent construction.

• Form an open industrial system with general contractors as the core and relevant leading enterprises deeply involved.

• All localities should further tilt the existing various industrial support policies toward the field of intelligent construction, and increase support for research on key technologies of intelligent construction, basic hardware and software development, intelligent systems and equipment development, and project application demonstration.

• We will vigorously develop prefabricated buildings and promote the establishment of a specialized, large-scale and information-based production system based on standard parts.

• Increase the integration and innovative application of new technologies such as building information modeling (BIM), Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, mobile communication, artificial intelligence, and blockchain in the whole construction process.
